This page explains how to permanently delete your Karobar account and the business data linked to it.
Send us a deletion request in either of these ways, from or mentioning the Google account email you use to sign in to Karobar (so we can verify the request is really yours):
When we process your request, we permanently delete your account and all the business data tied to it, including:
Data stored only on your device is removed when you sign out and uninstall the app, or by clearing the app's storage.
We keep only what we are legally required to retain — for example, records of a completed subscription payment for tax/accounting compliance. We hold these for the period the law requires and then delete them. We do not keep your operational business data (products, sales, customers, etc.) after deletion.
We verify ownership and delete your account and associated data within 30 days of your request. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop billing, also cancel the subscription in the Google Play Store (Play Store → Subscriptions).
